I was thinking, What If PM had in Community a Folder that says Isuues solved or Resolved issues, so PPL know that the Issues has been solved, so PPL know that the person's issues has been resolved, and not an open ticket, to make things easier
Like on top of featured topics, latest topics, new solutions, maybe have a Need Community Help for when issues are raised, and when Issues have been resolved, a Resolved issues, so PPL know and can help others as well, to speed up the process a bi, and enhance quality
I think that is a good idea as well but sometime people have opened multiple threads on the same matter and hard for a MOD to track down all the posts they have made taking up more time. When things are back to normal I can see issues getting resolved very quickly and therefore no need for multiple threads. I understand it probably wouldn't be as bad when things are normal but what we are experiencing definately isn't normal and the fall Promo really increased customer base and issues way beyond what PM expected I believe.
If there wasn't an folder even if a Mod was able to either Close the thread or have a way to identify it as dealt with. Maybe a big red RESOLVED by the title so forum members know that a mod has dealt with it.
Also, I must say, I think Every person should be REQUIRED to make their own individual post when issues arise, so we know what is current. and what was solved
