Your IVR or *611 service

This service MUST have options to hear whats my plan and also to change my plan since NEW customers for Public dont receive Customer service over the phone // it is imperative that your *611 have better options due to the fact that not everyone has a computer or are able to use selfserve

I just thought I would mention that although this would be a nice feature, I don't personally think it should be a priority for PM.  PM is billed as a self-serve, online-only discount service provider.  I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but If you are not able to use a browser on your phone or a computer to manage your account every now and then PM probably is not the right carrier for you, in my humble opinion, since that is their whole model.  I do think it would be nice to add this functionality to the *611 service, I'd rather see PM putting their efforts into fixing existing bugs first.  IMHO. No offense intended, @rcsal.
