I have a suggestion for new or replacement SIM CARD. PM is only a self serve, and the SIM CARD should be available in any Telus store. By the way no one will face disconnected until receiving a SIM card by mail and wait for a week or so.
What is your ideas regarding this suggestion?

For those that are desperate to get a sim card, suggest you order another just in case the first order is delayed.

Yes it is another $5.

Another option for those that want to sign up right away or miss the deadline to get a sim card before Nov.18, try buying a sim card off ebay but ask the ebay seller to send you the sim card number so you can sign up first without having to physically have the card.

Craigslist is another option.

Very unlikely Telus will stock PM sim cards.  Even if they did, it will take a while to pack and ship to the stores before the end of the week for this Promo everyone is signing up for.

As Public is part of Telus community, that why I suggest to provide PM sim card availability to avoid any disruption into the service, or we should not have to go through eBay to buy a sim card more expensive, and that is going to cost time as well. My main concern is avoiding disruption in the service for those who lost their sim cards.
