I am starting to feel really bad for the Moderators and Oracles. They spend so much time on issues that should not be taking up their time at all. My hope is that Telus can spend some money and fix the bugs so that the Moderators/Oracles can focus their time and energy on other things.
@kav2001c, is the Telus webpages as badly broken as the ones here? I cannot imagine so. We have some major bugs in very fundamental elements of the self serve portal. When you consider the fact that online is the only method of account access here, there is no redundancy to fall back on. With Telus, you can always call someone and yell at them.
