PM should have a special Toggle in Self-Serve Portal to allow Parents to control how much Data Per 30 Day their Teens use while on 90 Days, to ensure that their Teens use Data Smartly, and this way Fully monitor and know how much Data their Teens may use, and this way have a more realistic idea and expectation of how Much data maybe for them, especially when Parents purchase Add-On Data Packets

Better yet: no data allowance so only on wifi when at home. If they cannot be trusted, they are too young.

I can't see this EVER happening, personally.  Too many ways that it could be screwed up.

Better solution: if your kid blasts through their data too fast, make them wait before topping them back up.  Make it a teachable moment, about personal responsibility.

If you don't like that idea, I'm sure there are plenty of app-based solutions out there that will let you limit the data-usage on your kid's phone.
