I switched over to PM yesterday and have learned a lot from the Community posts, especially those specifically helping out newbies. After learning the values of add-ons, I decided to try out two of them, 400 minutes International Talk and 1 GB of data.  I followed the screen and make a purchase by clicking "Buy Add-ons" button.  All is fine and it shows I have a balance of $45 - the costs for those two add-ons. Thinking this has completed my purchase but I was surprised to find out I still don't have the two add-on activated on my phone. Checking my account did not show I have them either. Finally I want to try going through the add-ons purchase screen again and click the "purchase add-on" button. Viola, now my account shows the two add-ons.  My suggestion is PM should provide a clear process on the steps - two in this case (first buy credits to the account, them use the credits to make the add-on purchase).  For new users, we do not have that concept and will be at a loss and feel frustrated when add-ons are not purchased - even though PM has charged our credit cards!  Your "Buy Add-ons" button is confusing as one would assume by clicking it, the credit card will be charged and add-ons purchased, which is NOT the case if the balance is zero or insufficient to cover the purchase.

The best way PM can help is to have clear information displayed in the Add-on purchase screen because few people will go to the Community to find out.  I suggest PM to add the following or similar "If you have insufficient balance available, you will need to top up first.  Any Add-on purchase will be deducted immediately from your available funds."

Excellent feedback, @pckku!  I hope that Public Mobile takes this one under serious consideration.
