It would be nice to see a promo around Christmas/ holday time similar to the one avaialble right now where Canada wide calling would part of that promo.
I think we've been through this many times already about how to add a long distance add-on. Think of it this way... sign up for promo plan anyway, add your 400 min add-on (which only expires when you use it up)... and if a new plan comes out in future featuring Canada-wide calling, jump on it then.
In the long run, if you're a light voice user, the add-on route would actually cost you less. The difference between adding Canada-wide vs province-wide is $15 on regular 90 day plans. If you only used an hour a month, you could stretch it to 6-months, essentially making it $2.50 per month. Anyway...
