At present, the email address to log into one's self-serve account is also one's username. They are currently inseparable. There is no option in the self-serve account to change the email address from the username. I propose that such an option be created in one's account. In the event that this idea is implemented by Public Mobile, I wish to have the credit go to the customer called Kojo whose idea prompted this post, encouraged by Caroline, and also because I am grandfathered, ineligible for rewards.
