There seems to be a broken link on the Transaction Summary page.  It says:

 

Make sure your APN settings are correct before using data included in your plan or a purchased data add-on. Get step by step instructions here.

 

I believe the correct link is http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Phones-Hardware/How-do-I-set-up-data-APN-on-my-smartph...
