Hi,
We have a lot of new people experiencing issues and not knowing how to go about getting help.
Sometimes they're just not searching the forums for an answer, and other times they need technical support.
Can we have a shockingly obvious link somewhere at the top of the Community page that links to PM Basics document? It could include:
- Basic troubleshooting
- A link to search the forums
- A link for Simon
- Instructions how to contact technical support (aka Moderator)
- A clear detail of what information you need to provide
- What you can expect from PM in terms of support (i.e., no phone support, tech issues are resolved by moderators)
- I'm sure there are other great ideas out there too.
