Inspired from @latinomontreal's recent post, I would like to suggest addition to the current automated system we have access to on 611. Many PM customers may not know this but we do have access to an automated system via 611 call where we can make payments, check balance and purchase add-ons.
Being able to change plans would be one option that can be added and would be preferred method for one segment of the PM customers.
Please comment here to suggest if you consider something else to be a convenient addition to the system. I think its a nice alternative in place already.
