Activation problem

Hi guys,

i m going to activate my SIM card and transfer my no. from Fido.

However, theres some problem on the column of " Alternate contact number in case the transfer has problems. It didnt go through after i type in my contact number. It showed "Alternate phone number regex help " . My husband said probably its website error. 
So what should i do ?

For your problem it seems like it is a commen issue with the website, some people reported that trying with a different browser helped. Also use incognito mode and clear cache. If that didnt work, try with an IPad and safari.

If this still continues then contact a mod. Here is how

Click on link the webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your problem

@zhadj030 As much as we would love to, we cannot move Public Lab post to another board. Only mod or staff can so i will tag one of them. @Shazia_K

@zhadj030 unfortunately no, we aren't able to move posts out of the lab to other sections of the community it.

I could be wrong but I don't think the mods can either @zhadj030. I think it's just not supported since the posts are quite different. You may have notice they look different, and you can't bravo individual replies and such.

The website has a bug with linking to non-https scripts.

Follow the instructions from Chrome Help on loading scripts from untrusted sources and it will work 🙂
