cannot make call

I have canada wide call plan.   I cannot make local call.   Can someone help?

Is it just one number? Or any "local" number?

Perhaps try with a 1 in front of the 10 digits.

I tried several numbers.. including 1 in front..  issue is with phone call only.
Texting is fine.

Edit: @mtri356: If you're on the $10 or $15 plans then maybe you're out of minutes.

 

Two things to try:
1. Try the lost/stolen feature.
Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.
See what happens.

2. Manually add $1 into your account and restart the phone.

I did not work.  I have send private msg to team_mod.   Hopefully, they can fix my issue.

@mtri356Calm down and check the following in order:

(1) Do you have any minutes remaining if not unlimited.

(2) Check your text message as they will msg you if you are out of minutes.

(3) Check self service to see if you need to top up.

(4) If all else failed then contact a MOD below:

Good of you to jump in participating. No need to tell someone to calm down.

The limited plans will text with 10 units remaining...not when out.

If they needed to top up then they wouldn't be able to text.
