Good Morning.
This is regarding the plan change for my mobile number 437-580-xxxx(old number 902412xxxx)
1. On July 26, using automatic topup plan, the amount 26$ credit to my public mobile account. Hence My plan valid date changed to till Aug 26th.
2. On Aug 1, I made a credit card payment for the plan change(to 30$),so the amount 30$ credited to my account again. It shows next due date
as Aug 30th.
My question follows:
Since I already paid 26$ to cover me till Aug 26th and also I paid additional amount of 30$ on Aug 1.This comes with the total of 56$ for this
month which is incorrect. Since I overpaid, will my due date gets extended or can I expect a refund for the amount I overpaid?
Kindly advice.

@mariappan, it seems like every time you did a top up, you also requested a new plan with immediate renewal. The system has responded as requested. If you do wish to make a plan change, the optimal option is to future date the change to renewal day so you don't lose paid service.
BTW, please do not post personal information in the public forum. I have edited your phone number.

The leftover $$ stays in your account for next bill cycle

This is a public forum. You may want to remove your phone number from your post.
Did you change to the $30 plan starting Aug 1 or on your next renewal date Aug 25?
There is not refund or extension if you change to the $30 plan immediately(i.e starting Aug 1) with next renewal date Aug 31. Your added $30 will be used to change to the $30 plan. You should be on the $30 plan ATM.
If you changed your plan starting on your next renewal date, you will continue with your $26 plan until Aug 25. From Aug 25, you will be on the new $30 plan. Your added $30 will be used on Aug 25 for the $30 plan..
Please note that PM plan is by every 30 days - not monthly. July has 31 days. You renewed on July 26 and the next renewal date i s Aug 25.

Sorry but Public Mobile is prepaid, so anything you've paid, there is no refunding that! In the future, what you should do is make the plan change effective in the next billing period.
Also, I would remove your phone number from your post!

@mariappan You do not get a refund nor does your date move ahead. This is a pay as you go service so the money will sit in your account till your next purchase / renewal
