Unlocked phone from abroad

Hello PM Community, 

I'm planning to purchase an unlocked galaxy s10 in Korea this spring and wondering if I can use that phone in Canada. My understanding is that any unlocked phone can be used with PM SIM. Thanks for the help in advance!

Alternatively, if you know the frequencies that are supported by the phone, you can compare against the list of Telus frequencies from this wiki.  You don't need all the frequencies to have a good working phone.  Band 5 and 2 for 3G and band 4 for LTE are pretty much essential.
