Purchasing an add on is a 2 step process. You added the funds to your account with the cc. In self service when you log in you should see the money in Available Funds. You now have to purchase the add on.

Re: Add ons

Which add-ons did you want to purchase ?

That was several weeks ago...are you sure you haven't used them up by now ?

Log into your account and look at Available Funds to see if the $$ are sitting there.

Re: Add ons

@Robbicurr  You need to repeat the process one more time to add the add-ons into your account otherwise the funds will just sit in your account and will be used for during your next plan renewal.

Re: Add ons

@Robbicurr  If your add-ons are properly added you should be able to see them on the first page of your selfserve screen or by calling 611 from your phone.
