is phone tower down?

Hi, guys

 I am living at Fredericton, NB.  It seems data service is down to me for the whole day.  It worked fine yesterday, but not today.  I cannot browse the website, check my mail, I only can make the phone call.  Does anyone have experience same as I did?

You are right...   weird situation...

 

You might want to private message the moderator to get further help with your account.  But, expect 2-3 day wait.

Thank you for the tips, but none of what you mentioned happened on my phone.  That is a really wired thing.

 

Did your phone just renew?  Or did you change your plan recently?  Or potential update on your phone just occurred?

 

Might want to try re-booting your phone, rechecking the APN settings, or even do a network reset.  

 

IF that fails, might want to try the lost/stolen trick....

no, I only used 21mb/4.5G data.

If your phone is working, the data should be working with the tower also....

 

Check your self service account.  Which plan are you on?  Do you see your data plan in the add on section?  If you don't see it, you might have run out of data.
