  2. NEVER USED THEIR SERVICE AND THEY GOT MY VISA NUMBER AND STOLE $65 FROM MY VISA ACCOUNT. PUBLIC MOBILE PEOPLE ARE BUNCH OF THIEVES AND HAVE FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED ME 65$ ON MY VISA. I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE AUTHORITIES. DO NOT SIGN THIS FRAUD COMPANY

The moderators currently have a 24-72 wait based on what I seen in the messages today.  Perhaps you could send an inquiry with them.  Good luck.  Finally, if you really feel like you have been duped by Public Mobile, or one of their licensed agents at a vendor, then look at what avenues exist with the CRTC.  https://publicmobile.ca/pdfs/E911_EN.pdf

Have it occurred to you that someone else may have gotten your CC information and fraudulently used it with PM or maybe the charge is not from PM, but a fake site meant to resemble PM?
