Hi.
My plan status is Expired. I have enrolled in auto-pay also I have 40$ in my account but the status still says it's expired. Can someone take a look into it?

Hello,
My account shows expired, but apparently there is a blanace of $9 not sure why that amount and not the whole thing. there is no reason for the payment to be declined as credit card in tact.
I have not been able to use my phone at all today. causeing inconvinience.
please assist as soon as possible.
PS this has never happened before.

If today was your payment due date, then here's what to expect:
1. Expiration of completed period. Account will show "plan expired" sometime before midnight tonight.
2. Conversion of all rewards (including autopay) to available funds at midnight; rewards reset. Payment not collected yet at this point. Account will show "Your account has been suspended" in big red letters.
3. In early hours of the morning, available funds will be used (if any), credit card will be charged (if necessary), plan will be renewed. Account status will then show "active."

If your service isstill working disregard what it says..during renewal you get messages saying expired etc..just ignore them and let the renewal complete
