US roaming add ons

I just purchased 1gb US roaming data $20 plus unlimited US text $8 my payment of $28 was accepted but only the data is showing on my account ?

Thanks mate my US roaming is all working great so I think it was well worth the money plus I am connected when on site to the Motel WiFi. I didn't buy enough last year and when I missed my flight I was unable to make necessary connections which made things dfficult

Log into My Account / Plan & Add-ons...you should see the 10 Day US Roaming Add-on that you purchased...

US Roaming - Unlimited Talk (10-day)

US Roaming - Unlimited Text (10-day)

If you got some data, it will show-up there as well.

Remember that it's only valid for 10 days...if you just got it this morning...that's day 1.

it would appear looking at my main page my add on would be listed below my plan anyway by pressing my plan it showed which makes me happy and therefore I think we can close this topic..yeah

OK while just sitting waiting for my flight I have logged in and out many times.to see if anything changed .When I'm looking at my main page which shows my plan then add on underneath it comes up without the US text...But when I press my plan  my plan comes up in detail including all my add on plus my US add ons

I'm still at Vancouver airport my flight to Phoenix is a couple hours away so I can't try the US text in case it was activated but not showing

I checked it lists both items purchased the $20 and the $8 for the $28 total

@Caeser  Check your account balance to see if the $8 is there. If it is it means that you still need to purchase the add-on via selfserve.
