Payment issue

Hi~ I am suspended currently because my card has been changed and forgot about updating my card information during activating periods. I tried to pay on website yesterday though, it has been rejected due to funds (autopay). Then I deleted my previous card information to update new one, but after deleting it I can't find the menu of "manage my card" any more.

Log into self serve account and click"Payments".

Website is finicky at times.  Maybe try a different web browser, clearing cache or going incognito mode.  Chrome incognito seems to work well with this site.

@raipang Never happened to me. Have you tried logging out and back in?
