Payment / account suspension

Hello,

I have made the payment on March 19, 2021, and the phone is activated, and my next due date is April 18.

However, I just received an email this morning that my account/phone would be deactivated if I do not make the payment within 14 days.

I don't wan to lose my number, ...

 

Any idea?

Hi @shivaysf nice to hear that your problem was resolved.  As you had mentioned that you had clicked the current solution by mistake, please go back here and click solution again to undo it as it was not the correct solution to your issue.

 

I think @benfatto was the one who helped you the most.  So please go back to one his posts and give him the Accepted Solution.  This will help any other customers with the same issue as yours.  Thanks in advance.

I guess that is the case.

I hadn't activated this phone for about 2 month and I was due on April 02.

So, I made the payment on March 19 to avoid the deactivation!

The phone was activated right after the payment.

 

i guess this email was in reference to that!

No the email seems legit, doesn't seem a fraud.

No information is asked,

There's a link to public mobile website.

@shivaysf  Did the email request you reply with account information? That would indicate a phishing message. 
PM. generally communicates account activity by text not email.

Log into your account to check the status.  If it is active then the email was probably sent in error.
