J’ai fait une paiement et entre les 12 chiffres qu’il été dans mon reçu après la machine m a dit que mon forfait prendre fin le 4 mars, je trouvé bizarre ça et après quand je accroche je n’avais pas de service et je essaie de remettre le code et il dit que le pin déjà utilisé le chose c’est que je ne pas de service

Oh and another thing.....did you attempt to enter the voucher amount twice? Wait one full hour and try again if rebooting your phone doesn't help. You can only try to pay twice before you will get the invalid voucher message....and you have to wait the one hour before trying again.

Have you tried rebooting your phone? Call 611 again or 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number and listen for your account details. It will tell you your status, account balance, top up or renewal date (depending on active or suspended status) and plan amount. Payments made via 611 should automatically reactivate your plan.
