Hello,
I have a big problem. Could somebody help me here please?
Let me explain my situation.
I had the automatic payment every month with my credit card.
However I changed my credit card recently.
I logged in "my account" to change my credit card.
I got a error message which said that I should contact my bank because my new credit card is not accepted.
I contacted my bank right away. My bank told me everything is normal about my new credit card and thay told me I should contact Public mobile...
My cellphone does not work any more now because I did not pay. I want to pay but I am completely blocked.
Could somebody help me here please?

Hello .
Is your credit card American or canadian? If yes everything is ok. Did you try to enter your credit card again later with a different browser or on incognito mode?
If you want to pay now your plan you can buy vouchers in store or at recharge.com for some dollars extra..
For your credit card registration if you still have problem write a private message to the moderator https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and they will help you. Be patient waiting time is few hours to 2 days.
