Yes your bill has increased by $1 and tax at 12%. Sounds as though a referal left or maybe they just suspended service for a bit in which case it might come back.

You most likely lost a referral. Have a look at your self service account.

That looks like $1 with taxes less.
Did one of your referrals leave PM or is there service suspended?
Check to see if your referrals are still under your self serve account.
Click on the arrow pointing to the right to drop down the list to see the last 4 digits of your referral numbers. Have they changed?

Maybe you lost a referral? Have a look in self service at your rewards. Post your transaction history without personal info and we will have a look.
