Referral code for 10 dollar credit

Hi, Dear, 

 

I have used my friend's referral code when I signed up with Public Mobile and it says it will be used in the next bill. However, when I open my account today, I do not see the credit in my account. What happened and how to fix or need wait for more time? Many thanks!

@JessicaPM   you should see the $10  in your My Account as Available Fund within 72 hours.  If you have not seen it yet, please also confirm if your friend see his/her $1 Referral reward on his/her account

 

If not, you can open a ticket with PM and they will add  it back without much issue.

 

Use the chatbot on the lower right to open the ticket.  

 

Start by  Typing : My rewards are missing,
click on "Refer A friend",
click on "Yes, I'm the referred customer',
click "Click here to submit a ticket" .


You will then brought to another page and will ask you to logon with your Community credentials. Follow the page to finish opening the ticket.


After ticket successfully opened, keep checking your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right)  CS Agent will communicate with you there
