Not able to verify email account

New to PM, ported over a number (3 weeks ago). I am trying to set up an account online. I was able to verify the phone number, but not the email address associated with the account. Which is strange, because I have received 2 emails from PM to this email account.

 

Please help, as I would like to auto pay my bill;)

This sounds like a web browser issue; below are a few steps I would try:

 

1. Chrome "Incognito" mode.

 

2. Internet Explore "InPrivate Browsing" mode.

 

3. Copy the activation link to either of those browsers and try again.

The website is finicky at times.  Maybe try again with same email address with a different web browser, clearing cache or incognito mode.  Chrome incognito works well with this site.  

 

If that still does not work, you may need to contact moderator to help set up account
