Hi, i ported my number from fido to public mobile yesterday evening. From that time onwards i can make outgoing calls but no incoming calls. please help me

@anjudeepu Assuming that everything is well with the porting, having accidently turned on call forwarding or Do Not Disturb could also send calls directly to voicemail as well

@anjudeepu Just continue to use your Fido sim until it stops working. Once that happens then use your be PM sim. If it doesn't stop working but this afternoon then submit a ticket or call the petting number.
