I just recently transferred to public mobile from Freedom. I replied yes to the text once Freedom was asking to confirm the transfer.
I can have calls in and out, but my text messages are not going out and I am receiving text messages.
I would appreciate help, thank you

Public Mobile has been having issues with text messaging for new customers. You'll need to open a ticket using the chatbot at https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html or through the Public Mobile app's suport section.
