Didn't receive my new sim card

Any idea how I can chase up my order. I placed it over 3 weeks ago but still haven't received it. thanks

@client Sorry you have not got your sim yet, only a moderator will be able to access your specific account information and look into it. Click this to send them a message

I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but send a message to the moderator team and include your name, account number and/or phone number and pin number and they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Satuday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT)

You might need to send a private message to Moderator_Team so they can look into it - include whatever details you can in your first message, e.g., your name, address, etc. so they can look things up. From my understanding, SIM cards ordered from the website *should* arrive within a week or so.
