Cannot connect to network

SIM card registers, can find the network but not connect. Verified phone is unlocked. Unsure of next steps can someone please help. I've rebooted and tried manual connection but no luck so far.

@Norasj , have you checked the self serve account and confirmed that it is active and associated with the SIM card you are trying to use?  Finding network using a manual search simply identifies all networks that have compatible bands.  If the SIM cards is activated properly to a network, selecting the network manually will enable a connection.  You could try a different phone if possible.  It would rule out phone related issues.  If problem is repeatable, then it might be that the activation was not completed.

Your SIM may not have provisioned correctly @Norasj .  Contact the moderators and explain your situation . Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.  This connects to the autobot Simon . Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket. Or try this private message to link to contact them directly
