Activation of SIM

Hi,

 

My name is Japneet Kaur. I registered for a public mobile sim yesterday afternoon. It has not been activated yet. The sim number is 8912230000*********. I was hoping for it to be activated within 2 hours of the registration. Please let me know by when will the sim be activated? And, if you can also share the activated phone number on the registered email id?

Were you activating at home and was this with a new number or were you porting in a number from another provider?

Did you complete the activation online or in a store? It should become active immediately.

Have you tried removing the SIM and putting it in again? Have you turned your phone off and back on again?
