@Yellowcello  Sounds like you are trying to activate your account and are having problems adding your credit card for Auto-Pay.

 

  1. Enter the credit card address exactly as it appears on your statement. (Including case)
  2. When entering the postal code do not enter any spaces. If that doesn't work then include the space and leave out the last digit.
  3. Do not use the unit number field even if you live in an apartment or condo and use a desktop browser if you can.
