wrong plan added

tried to change plan but it just renewed the old one. i wanted 30 day/province talk/unlimited txt/2gb for $50 and it renewed the old 10 day plan instead and charged me $36 and left the remaining $14 in my account. any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
