When creating my account I by accident chose a new number on Public Mobile instead of the transfer of my old number. (I did things in the wrong order) How to I cancel this new number and get my old number? Do I have to get a new SIM?

@Jodi9 No worries just Log into your account and go to account page notice “transfer number “ tap it input your number and give old providers account number leaving old provider sim in phone and account active so you can reply YES to the confirmation text to port number . Once you have successfully ported number into public mobile it will automatically close your old providers account so your mt paying for two phone numbers that’s it

you don't have to cancel the order
Just complete the subscription with the new number
After the new number is activated and the line is working, login My Account, go to Profile -> Transfer phone number and request porting request. Make sure your number with the old carrier is still active. if you are asked to enter IMEI or accoun number of the old provider, please use account number and not IMEI.
