wrong email address

I was trying to create an account and put in the wrong email address.  I am trying to open an account to put myself on automatic withdrawals.

@computergeek541   you took it away too fast.. that was pretty much a copy and paste of mine from yesterday

if you remember the "wrong" email address used, you can still use it to login, just send the 2FA code to the phone and not to the email 

 

But you still need to change it back to the correct one.  You have to do it with the help of PM CS Agent:

 

To open a ticket with PM CS Agent. at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
