My postal code is incorrect in your system. Said it should be V0J1V3, I have put in the correct postal code and went through the drop down address feature to the correct address but it still won't let me process the completion of purchasing a sim card," zip code does not match address"

@petershelleygib our online store is backed up by Canada Post's Address Complete database, so that's what's triggering the error message. If you want to PM me your address I can do a quick investigation to see what the problem is. Otherwise @imm1304 is correct with the Walmart / WOW store recommendation.

Hey @petershelleygib,
If there is a Walmart or Wow Mobile near you, just walk in and buy a sim card.
If not, send a private message to @CS_Agent and they will help you order sim card from the online store.
