Quick question as I have a contract Which could put me over. 

will my us 200 minute add on, auto top up, if or when its exhausted?

If not how do I get this covered?

It is only time sensitive roaming add-ons which cannot stack.  For long distance minutes, a customer can buy 200 minutes and buy another 200 minutes again and again.  Ditto for the 400 minute add-on.

Long distance add-ons are one time purchases with the customer free to decide when to purchase more minutes.  If there is concerns of running out, additional minutes can be purchased at any time.  As already suggested, the 400 minute add-on is slightly better value.
