Have you tried changing your preferred network type on your cell phone to see if that makes any difference with your phone not getting any service? If you go to SIM and network settings try changing your preferred network type to 2G/3G. This happend to me when I was at my GF work. She works in a convention building thats all cement and for some reason I wasnt getting a great signal. You can try testing the signal coverage and where the signal is lost where you are at work. Does any of your co-workers have this same issue. Perhaps your phone might not work as good as others so testing out another phone might help.

They have couple of products but they are not interchangeable, if you use fongo mobile to move it to fongo home you need to open new home account and port the number (from fongo to fongo)
I've been using their freephoneline well over a decade, when sip configuration was one time $50, before they were purchased by fongo.
I use linphone on my cell and a sip box at home

One thing you could do is to forward it to fongo or TextNow number, those both are free and great alternative number that you could use while away from home.
If you need to appear to call from your cell number you can use hangouts dialer with your cell number as display, when people call back you would be receiving calls to your cell or wherever you forwarded it to
I have my long term number ported to fongo as well as my home phone (freephoneline actually with sip configuration)
Can you use zoiper with the sip information from Fongo? I guess that would depend on if how much you can program Fongo.

if lucky has wifi calling, pm should at least start thinking about volte or something... I have to say if I wanted a provider with features, lucky is the way to go... wow! Lucky's coverage beats pm for sure now. We need the "VOLTE"

@mazarind Public does not support WIFI calling. Lucky Mobile does so that might be a better fit for you if its that important.

@mazarind Then you might have to go with another provider that has WIFI calling available or try one of the WIFI apps. Perhaps TextNow might be a good option for you to download and use, it offers free calling/texting.

PM does not have wifi calling. You could use apps like WhatsApp, TextNow, Skype, or Fongo.

@mazarind there is no WiFi calling here. The agent misinformed you. Complain to the manager. And contact the moderators( Public Mobile customer service) about it. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.
