Rewards are not going towards my balance?

I have accumulated $3 in rewards. I have the $25/month plan and I have $24 in my account. My plan is not being renewed even though I have rewards available. How do I use these rewards?

Check you payment history.  PM will add your rewards to your account shortly after midnight ET on the renewal date. Then, it will take your available fund to pay your plan fee.

@brucewayne1 they will be used when your plan renews. pm system will subtract from your "available funds" then try to charge your auto-pay card.

 

if today is your renewal date and your account didn't renew then add enough funds to cover your plan cost and click the "reactivate" button

 

if it's still not working contact customer support mods

 

type "payment issue"

(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
