Over the past few months I can no longer access websites while using public mobile. Any idea why?

@Kfar on iPhone, you cannot update the APN
First, make sure you have latest iOS, then update Carrier Settings and Reset Network Settings
if that does not help and if you have another phone, test the SIM on another phone

Thanks. I am using an iPhone SE. I could access data up until a few months ago, but not anymore.
