it has been too long, I doubt it works. But you can check with CS agent directly. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@JackHe Did you happen to have credits on your account I’m available funds ? Also did you ensure the auto subscribe was toggled off

hi @JackHe you meant the Autopay didn't kick in and you are now suspended?
Autopay does not work sometimes. If your account is suspended, make a manual payment to resume service
Also, go to Payment, Manage Subscription and make sure Subscribed is turned on
