How do I find my PIN no.?

Log into your self service and go to your Profile tab and you can reset it there.

It would be something that you created while activating your SIM.
It is not something that PM will create for you.
Please login to your account and go to your Profile section>My Security Info>PIN>enter your new PIN twice.
