I also know my password, but at times I still get that error if I typed my password incorrectly (happens lol) or I had Caps locked.
If your client had tried a number of times, his account gets locked. Tell your client to wait an hour before trying again. Log out his device. Before logging back in, delete browsing history, cache and cookies. If needed, use a different browser and go incognito. Log back in.

I am not having any problems logging in. It could be a browser issue as already suggested.

Try the forgot password link. Also try using a different browser and incognito mode. Try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.
