Hi everyone
here is my situation.I was shopping in costco,suddenly,my phone can't use any app,Because I can't connect my phone to the Internet.I thought I was running out of data.but when check the data in the website at home,I still have 300MB left.
so could i ask what problem with my phone or the sim card?

make sure the data on your phone is turned on in options

@w335774225 , is it affecting data only or the issue is general network connectivity? There is a possibility that a usage limit was set on the phone and the limit has been reached?

@w335774225 are you in the western half of the country? There are apparently some intermittent network issues going on.

If you still can call with the phone or send/receive SMS, I don't think the problem is with the SIM card.
