how do I get paid like you for sitting here for 3 hrs trying to get an issue fixed? the website just loops around in a sirlce. i've had to log in 13 times since 530 am this morning

I'm not looking for a message being legit, I'm looking for something that resembles a timely resolution. this started a 530 this morning, 13 log ins later and 6 hrs I still have no resolution. although it seems to have no issue with badges and ranking and spamming my inbox

what loop you got? you ever got into Hub? or just keep going back to login page from 2FA page?
try using a different browser. If you are using app, uninstall and reinstall

@dwbrown , try using incognito mode. Alternatively use the mobile app and be sure to download the latest version.
