Subscription Change made trouble

Hi there

I changed my subscription at the end of April. It started change from May 1st. 

Unfortunately, my data is not working when i turn it on. Also incoming calls show call id as UNKNOWN.

It has been a trouble for me. I can not get uber to go home from work because there is no data. 

Also i ve no idea family member or who is calling me when it rings.

Please help me,

Thanks Handy1 for reply. Yes i mean my save contact numbers. It does not show it. I ll try find my apn setting. I should go to work now. I m afternoon  worker. But i will check it by tomorrow. Thanks for help.

so many complain data stops working after plan change.  You will need PM to refresh account

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

what phone do you have?

try Reboot phone and Reset All networks and check 

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

@Ana90  There’s no caller ID with public mobile just shows the phone number unless you have those callers in your contact list as for dat ensure your APN seething are as follows
