how do I get paid like you for sitting here for 3 hrs trying to get an issue fixed? the website just loops around in a sirlce. i've had to log in 13 times since 530 am this morning

but here, we are just customers.  I understand your frustration but I cannot speed them up.  You need to reply them again and ask for update

I'm not looking for a message being legit, I'm looking for something that resembles a timely resolution. this started a 530 this morning, 13 log ins later and 6 hrs I still have no resolution. although it seems to have no issue with badges and ranking and spamming my inbox

the message you got was legit then

PM @CS_Agent replies slow sometime.  if you wait over 2 hours, reply them again and ask for update

well? a person named Loana messaged me almost an hour ago ( according to the chat) I messaged them back but I'm still waiting ( bout 45min now )

what loop you got? you ever got into Hub? or just keep going back to login page from 2FA page?

try using a different browser.  If you are using app, uninstall and reinstall
