What error you made?
so, you have not fully activated yet (as you have not put in the sim card number still?)
If the plan not really started yet as you have not completed the activation with the sim card number, PM support agent might be able to change the plan for you (if not, you will have to schedule the change for next cycle instead)
but check with support agent, message then:

you need PM to help you to change the plan then
open ticket with PM and ask. Use the orange Chatbot icon on lower right and type Submit ticket to start, then choose Contact us and you will get to the window to open ticket
