by replacing my Samsung s10 to a Samsung s24..so I have the volte option, will I be able to us ethe same PM sim card or do I need to get a new sim card, ? thanks

YES. Benefit of physical SIM card is you can take it from one phone and put into different phone and continue using PM services without interruption.

Did you check IMEI of from a new phone against PM database? But it HAS to be compatible being newer phone...

yes, you can keep the same sim card.  Just move it from the old to the new phone and it will work.
